How to get started?

To enroll into our individualized Pulmonary Rehabilitation program, you will need a referral for Pulmonary Rehabilitation from your physician. We would be happy to assist you in obtaining that referral.

Our aim is to help you restore a better quality of life.  We accomplish this by providing access to high quality comprehensive rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting; giving our patients Complete Pulmonary Rehabilitation.

We offer a friendly staff, personalized treatment, flexible hours, convenient location and front door parking.

PULMONARY FUNCTION TESTS (PFT) Available

Pulmonary function tests (PFTs) are tests that show how well your lungs are working.  This information can help your healthcare provider diagnose and decide the treatment of certain lung disorders.  For more information, please contact us!
