To enroll in our individualized Pulmonary Rehabilitation program, you will need a referral from your physician. If you need help obtaining a referral, our staff will be happy to assist you.

Who May Qualify?

Pulmonary Rehabilitation may benefit patients who:

• Have a chronic respiratory condition or other qualifying diagnosis
• Have reduced lung function based on pulmonary function testing (PFT)
• Experience symptoms that significantly limit daily activities or physical function
• Are medically able and willing to participate in a supervised rehabilitation program
• Have the potential to make measurable improvements with treatment

Other Conditions

Patients with certain non-pulmonary conditions may also benefit from supervised exercise and rehabilitation, including:

• Stable cardiac conditions
• Fibromyalgia
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Autoimmune conditions affecting the lungs
